My journey in real estate began in 2017, working for a downtown franchise agency in Budapest. Those early years gave me a deep understanding of the local property market — especially when it comes to the unique rhythm and value of downtown apartments.

In 2020, I launched my own business and founded Red Roofs Real Estate, alongside a construction company specializing in high-quality apartment renovations. This combination allowed us to go far beyond traditional property sales: we could now help clients see the real potential in every square meter — and bring it to life with full execution and cost clarity.

Over time, our focus naturally shifted toward investment properties. The first question with every client became: What is the return on this? In fact, most of the acquisitions (60–70%) were financed through mortgages, which increased leverage and ROI.

In 2023, we reached another milestone by launching our property management division, allowing us to oversee performance not only from a sales perspective, but also from the rental market side. Knowing the rental value helps us accurately define and influence resale pricing — a key advantage for our investors.

As a result, we’ve built a fully integrated system — from sourcing and renovation to leasing and resale — all under one roof.
